Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

MyLetterLoft provides digital products and services (digital letters, microsites, and templates). Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and consumed, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been used or a product has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

However, we understand that technical issues can happen. We may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged but coins were not credited to your account due to a technical error.
  • The service is proven to be defective or not functioning as described.
  • The request is made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team atsupport@myletterloft.comwith your Transaction ID and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

4. Processing of Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
