By creating an account, recharging coins, or creating digital surprise links on MyLetterLoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Services & Surprise Links
MyLetterLoft provides digital letter editors, game-based lock mechanisms, and cloud hosting for generated web surprise links. While we strive for high uptime, availability is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
4. Coins, Purchases & Pricing
Coins are digital platform credits used to unlock premium interactive templates and features. Coins have no direct cash value. Current coin pack rates and promotional pricing are visibly published on our recharge page.
5. User Content & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to create or transmit any letter or content that:
- Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or explicit depictions.
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.
- Attempts to introduce malicious code, phishing scripts, or exploit links.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform software, website layouts, animations, and proprietary mini-game algorithms are the exclusive property of MyLetterLoft. Users retain ownership of their personal written letters and uploaded photos.
7. Referral Program Rules
The applicable referral commission percentage is displayed within the referral dashboard. Referral fraud (self-referrals, misleading spam campaigns) will result in forfeiture of unpaid rewards and account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLetterLoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or recipient message misinterpretations.
9. Suspension & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt payment fraud, or engage in abusive activities without prior notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
